Sauté onion, chilli and butter and add mushrooms and flour.
Add milk slowly to avoid lumps.
Add olives, mustard and cheese and set aside to chill.
Cut bread into circles and butter lightly on one side.
Heat oven to 360 f or 180 Celsius.
Place bread on baking tray and grill for three minutes.
Spread topping on each grilled circle and bake again for three minutes
- 4 large slices of bread
- 4 chopped black olives
- 1 tbsp. butter
- ¼ tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp. cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tsp flour
- ½ tsp chopped chili
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
